Disliked: I couldn’t get the TV speakers to work. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned - marks on the bowl and the water in there was brown and scunge-y

Liked: Premium king room. Good sized room and bathroom. Very large shower. Good toiletry provisions. Lovely view of the park. Comfy bed. Extra pillows in cupboard, definitely needed. Parking free on site. The restaurant, Titanium, on site was fabulous. Food was delicious.
Disliked: Needs a microwave in the room. Shower head from ceiling. And very dusty air vent.Bins hadn't been changed in the bathroom. Patios were not that clean.

Liked: The highlight was the convenient location and the thoughtful gesture from the staff, who kindly organised a birthday candle for my daughter at the breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The property is very dated and offers little sound insulation. We could hear just about everything — from someone plugging in devices into the headboard behind our wall to every single conversation echoing through the corridor. To make matters worse, the beds are well past needing an upgrade. All of this left us with two sleepless nights during our stay.

Liked: Nice room clean well furnished.
Disliked: Room was very noisy - hard to sleep. Noisy barfridge and we must have been close to some sort of machine room.

Exceptional

Liked: We wanted to extend our stay at the last minute (0950) and Maddie (receptionist) made it happen. We couldn't stay in the same room but she move us to a room that we could go to straight away. The photos of the room on booking.com don't do the rooms justice, which in my experience is rare.
Disliked: Price of mini bar.....but that's my fault for not being prepared
