Liked: Everything was very classy and nice to stay
Disliked: For me and my friend the automatic bathroom door closing was really irritating

Modern, spacious, brand new feel...

Liked: The venue and interior design - spacious rooms, very modern, feels brand new. The location is perfect for those coming to Krakow for a concert at Tauron. Added bonus is the pool.
Disliked: Everything was great. If I were to recommend something then fasten the checkin process for those doing it offline as we had to stand more than 20mins to wait for a couple before us to get checked in. And there were some lamps that were not working in our room but it didn't really matter for our 2 night stay.

Liked: Very good swimming pool area and sauna/steam.
Disliked: Arrived early, and communication between reception and I as to when the room would be ready wasn't great. There was no iron in the room, and I didn't have time to wait for it to attend a planned meeting.No water available in the pool area. I was told to go to reception (in my swimming shorts).

Liked: Breakfast was decent but not as good as during my stay in January 2025
Disliked: I'm usually a fan of Mercure hotels chain , especially when it's close to my client's office. However, this stay was disappointing.The room was very small, possibly one of the least desirable. The complimentary water was pre-opened abd moldy , suggesting the room hadn't been used in a while. Wi-Fi didn't work at all, likely due to the room's distance from the router. Despite informing the reception, the issue remained unresolved, forcing my husband and me to rely on mobile data for hotspots.We paid for a late checkout, which was reasonable. However, we were still asked to leave after 12 PM, as there was no note about our late checkout.Overall, this was my worst experience with your mercure hotel chain .
