Liked: great location. rooms are nicely decorated. staff very friendly
Disliked: the building itself is a 1960s eyesore but it is lovely inside. and we found the room a little hot

Liked: Location. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Sylvia the attendant in the dining room was a credit to your name.

Disliked: We only stayed two nights room only for over £500 which was not good value for money. The walls were a light brown and the furniture dark brown which was shabby and sticky and well past its sell by date. The bathroom was small but looked like it had been updated but the washbasin was so small and I’m sure if the toilet seat was the right fit. All in all not very happy especially for the money spent.

Liked: Close to Inverness train station and river. Decent sized room and supplied biscuits, teas, coffee and milk plus toiletries
Disliked: We stayed on Saturday night on the town side and could hear all the pubs and clubs noise until early morning.
