Good

Liked: It was clean and spacious. Julie was very friendly and kind too.
Disliked: It was warm in the room. The windows didn’t open and there was no AC. I used a fan.

Disappointing as hotel and grounds...

Liked: Convenient for our needs. Good breakfast & beds were comfortable
Disliked: Tired & dated. Stain on our carpet looked like it had been cleaned before our arrival but carpet it that area was damp & smelt strongly of cleaning fluid. Some mould & dirty grouting around bath. Bathroom floor looked dirty around the edges, although I think it was clean. Plugs in bathroom not attached by chain. Body wash dispenser didn’t work.

Passable

Liked: excellent food, room mostly clean and tidy
Disliked: My disabled colleague was put in a room as far away from reception as possible - this involved going down stairs and along long corridors which isn't easy in a wheelchair. we were told there were no rooms available, but the amount of cars in the car park suggested that wasn't the case
