Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was nice staff friendly and hotel clean
Disliked: Leisure centre shutting so early on a Sunday I came for one night and was looking forward to the use of sauna

Liked: Staff friendly and polite, special mention to the lady in the entrance bar, forget her name, sorry, what a excellent contribution to the staff,
Disliked: Only one member of staff in the bar in the evening, he worked his socks off in a very busy wedding evening,
