Liked: Location
Disliked: Room smelled of smoke, had to change rooms. Wasn’t informed about party with loud music until 1am. No air con so room like sauna.

Great hotel and lovely Location

Liked: The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. We also used the swimming pool and steam room. Easy access to local amenities. Pleasant green surroundings .
Disliked: The shower screen is only half the size it should be.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was ok
Disliked: Paid for premier room did not feel it .Compared to other rooms very basic door cards fault .no telephone .room furthest away so was a pain to complain.

Liked: Good breakfast, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Damp smell, stained carpets and roof tiles in corridors, poor bathroom and poor noise insulation.

Liked: Visit for summer party lovely room and good location very clean would stay again

Wouldn't stay again

Liked: Close by to where wedding venue was so good location.Breakfast was nice and good variety.
Disliked: Outside partying until 2am right outside window.Room filthy with dead spiders/cobwebs everywhere.Took over 1 hour to even get through to order drinks from room service, kept answering and then hanging up. Ordered ice water and just warm water arrived. Was so hot and just needed cold drink.Smells damp and fusty.

Disliked: Stains all over the hotel and inside the room. Hairdry was not working. Room was so hot and stuffy our cat started to breath with his mouth open. It was not medically safe for anyone to stay in such room
