Liked: Standard service for a standard hotel price.
Disliked: All was fine.

Liked: In general the facilities are very good, cosy. The location is perfect for business needs.
Disliked: All is fine. However one thing surprised me. I tried to get a morning breakfast before the regular working hours of the hotel kitchen. I had a morning flight. I am aware that it's not a standard procedure but usually for a 4-5* hotel it is not a problem if asked in advance. In Mercure I received and information that it's simply not possible. Even a sandwich or a juice. So even though the breakfast was paid, no other alternative was given as a solution. It's not the first time I'm staying at Mercure so it double surprised me that staff was simply helpless.

Liked: It is one of the best hotels I have stayed here in Frankfurt,spacious and comfortable room, good location and the staff very nice and polite, and one of the girls speaks very well español. Volveré

I actually would recommend this...

Liked: Two out of the three rooms we rented were great.
Disliked: The hotel was great but one of the three room's air conditioning did not work making it very uncomfortable. To be fair we did not request a new room and there is a chance the staff would have just moved us.
