Liked: Staff very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious & clean. The outdoor area was unexpected and very nice on a hot day. Great location too.
Disliked: No USB chargers in the room

Liked: Location really good (around the corner from Check Point Charlie and plenty of attractions and restaurants in the surrounding streets)Staff were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Staff were keen to go the extra mile.Rooms were large and spacious
Disliked: Rooms were not ready when we arrived despite arriving after 4pm, Breakfast at the hotel was very expensive

Liked: I was impressed by the room—spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The hotel’s location is great, with easy access to the main sights. The staff were extremely polite and professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality and convenience in Berlin

Liked: Hotel was nice and convenient, staff were very helpful at reception and in the bar area.
Disliked: Pillows definitely need to be updated, very bad. Only left water in the room on the 1st and 2nd night. However all is well
