Not impressed from soon as...

Liked: Breakfast was below average not much variety undercooked sausages and had to wait for refilling more than once
Disliked: Front desk manager was very rude and spoke down to me I found that very rude she had n personality and couldn’t/wouldn’t explain any of her answers… the $100 room deposit is double any other hotels in Perth CBD that are far better all round so I will not stay at this hotel chain again

Nice and comfortable but noisy

Liked: The room was noisy we could hear the people talking & arguing in the next room and the hallways.
Disliked: The shower not properly screened and water keeps getting out.

Perfect location and that's about...

Liked: The location was perfect it's 10 mins from the zoo and then a 5 min walk from Perth centre for shopping which was perfect. We alo booked a package through booking so got free parking (which was super helpful as the only available parking is valet and there's only a few spots), breakfast included plus a late checkout at 2pm which was awesome as we had young kids.
Disliked: Unfortunately a few things...Apon arriving I waited inline to check in when I was at the front of the line one of the reception staff greeted me to the desk and asked my lastname for the booking, she then processed to answer the phone and spend the next 7 mins booking a room for a quest. When the phone call ends she then takes another call.. At this point my children 1 +3 are getting fussy as I've been standing at the desk watching her take these calls for about 16 mins.. When the call ends she then continues to check us in .... When arriving to our room it wasn't cleaned and I don't mean small things... there was pubes all in the shower, marks on the curtains and counters in the bathroom where sticky... We also moved the beds to push them together and there was food under the bed which wasn't ours....We don't like to make a fuss and the hotel was fully booked that night so we couldn't do much about it..We ordered room services which was OK... keep in mind there is a $5 fee to order and they ask for a tip on top, hubby got the fish and chips which was good I got a $35 steak which was well overcooked and tiny.. also came with potatos which you could taste were reheated....

Delightful

Liked: Reception was lovely (Matthew I believe) very accommodating to our late checking.Glorious pool and great gym.Late checkout and breakfast included.
Disliked: Some parts could use an update.Room had 2 odd cups and no spoons for a family of 4.
