Disliked: Had a problem in the restaurant as the food was pretty terrible, nothing was done, no offer to replace meal etc and still charged full price, charged for breakfast which was actually included in my booking, air conditioning did not work so room was far too hot meaning a terrible nights sleep. So far they have done nothing despite my complaint at the time and afterwards. Finally the hotel is in the middle of a clean air zone so be aware without a sticker you can’t actually drive to it!
