Overall it was amazing

Liked: Friendly and amazing service - I had an early check in which was a 5 star service level.The young man helped and understood me about how tired after an early trip from London and no sleep
Disliked: I think the room was slightly unclean - I did not see room cleaner checking in my room and they need to deep clean

Not up to 4-star standards.

Disliked: Very noisy. Housekeeping did not clean the room even once during our 3-night stay, and there were no door tags available to indicate that the room could be cleaned.On the day of our departure, however, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 a.m. to ask if they could clean the room!There were also questionable stains on the walls and the equipment was worn out.
