Liked: The room was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located, only about 350 m from Munich Hbf, and can be accessed on foot. There is also a tram station nearby. The breakfast can only be classified as decent relative to offerings from other hotels in the same category.
Disliked: It was a warm day in Munich, and the AC was not cooling the room. On checking with the staff, we were informed that it was the norm, something about company policy regarding cooling, and there was not much they could do. The lack of ability to have the room cooled to the individual's preference was negative. We ended up cutting our stay short and moving to a different hotel. The hotel surroundings did not convey a premium feel, with construction happening around the area. Might be a good choice during the winter months, but not definitely in summer.

Liked: Place was new. Breakfast was good
Disliked: 1. There was no fridge in the room. Had to carry a little bit of ice, bucket by bucket fr the counter and the ice quickly melts out.2. Staff did not replenish any of the coffee and tea in the room throughout my stay.

Liked: Location was central and well placed in the U, S Bahn, tram and bus network. Staff were very polite and helpful -.a credit to the brand. The.hotel was advertised as LBTG "friendly" - not quite sure what this completely comprises of but .I.didnt sense.any differences from a family hotel.
Disliked: More detailed instructions on how to get from the multi exit Central Station to the hotel. Yes it is a only short walk .....
