Good for a short stay!

Liked: The location is perfect, almost just next to the central station. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the room we stayed is very comfy.

Disliked: -Upon arrival we had to carry all our luggage from the car up to our room with no help of whatsoever, and when we asked for help the reception told us to go get the luggage carrier and use it to transport our bags, which really does not make you feel much welcomed to the hotel. - We were given a room in the first floor with view to the back yard of the hotel which had a large garbage bin, the hotel staff kept using from early morning and were throwing all the garbage there which was annoying and noisy. - The rooms have weird smell. And the matrices are not comfortable and are tilted.- AC does not cool properly and we had to open the windows while we were asleep just to get some cool air. - we had an issue with our room electricity and our power went off late night due to a faulty coffe machine, we had to pack with no light and to be shifted to another room and were compensated with “free bottles of water”

Liked: Staff was really helpful they even changed our room for a bigger one without any fees. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Location was great but i didn't really like the street the hotel was in.
