Liked: Good-sized comfortable room. Very good buffet breakfast with a wide and varied choice, but expensive @ 20 Euro. Location OK a few minutes walk from the Altes Rathaus and Paradeplatz in the centre of town.

The room was very comfortable...

Liked: After checked-in, my room was on the third floor. Soon after moving in, I noticed that there was some dirt stuck to the carpet. I tried to remove the dirt but it was impossible. I then told the staff in the lobby and showed the pictures of the dirt I had made. Then the lady arranged another room for me on the fourth floor and I was able to move into that room immediately. The room has been newly renovated and equipped with new floors. There was a kettle in the room, which I found very practical. I also appreciated the coffee sticks and the tea bags. There was a free bottle of water in the room.
Disliked: If it's possible, please the room on the third floor should be only rented to anybody after renovation. All other services were good.
