Unsafe for families with children...

Disliked: Our stay was extremely disappointing and highly unsafe, particularly for families. Around 3:00 AM, we were repeatedly disturbed by drunk guests knocking aggressively on our door and running away. Reception was unreachable, leaving us isolated and vulnerable in the annex building. Furthermore, the bathroom slab dangerously collapsed while our toddlers were bathing, narrowly avoiding injury. This experience highlighted severe security and safety failures, making the hotel highly unsuitable and unsafe for families with young children. Immediate attention and significant improvements are urgently required to prevent such distressing situations in the future.

Excellent stay, great staff, no...

Liked: Only spent one night, but it was very spacious, clean and in a quiet and calm area and not too far from the train to get to the city centre. The bed was extremely comfortable
Disliked: The door looked like it had been broken into previously so there was a small gap and didn't quite close properly which was a little concerning

Liked: Rooms were comfortable and clean
Disliked: The pool and gym were getting renovated but no notice was given so we could not use these amenities throughout the duration of our stay
