Liked: Staff friendly and helpful and bed very comfortable
Disliked: I was disappointed with the twin duvets. Not being used to the single duvet, it kept slipping off and I was awoken by the cold!

Perfect for families with kids

Liked: It is clean, warm and staff is great. Our family feels welcomed here. It also a great value for money when travelling with (especially) teenage kids. Location is in the city, in walking distance from the train station. We love the design and that container-furniture

Dont stay

Disliked: I al very dissatisfied with my stay because this hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. When you call and select English as the language, they do not answer the phone. They only pick up if you choose German. I explicitly requested two baby beds over the phone and also included this information in my booking details.Upon arrival, no one was aware of this request. They came to the room to argue and discuss that there was no space. What a terrible service—hotel staff should understand what 4-star service entails. In the end, they folded up the second bed and provided only one baby bed.Later, I reported that the fridge was not working, and all I heard back was that they couldn’t find anything in the system.First day room is not cleaned, it cannot be that if we leace at 13:00 that the room will not be cleaned
