Excellent hotel near main station...

Liked: The overall style of the hotel and particularly our room was very pleasing and smart. The walk from the main station was short and easy. The room was very quiet.
Disliked: There were two downsides to the stay. First the queue at reception when we arrived was very long and slow even though there were three people on the desk. Maybe some particularly difficult guest issues as later we saw there was no queue. The second slight downside is the area between the station and the hotel which feels a little rough/unsafe at night. Walking north of the hotel, however, felt pleasant and safe and you soon reach the sailing club and nice cafes and restaurants.

Not for families

Liked: Big , comfortable room
Disliked: Location. It looks like a very dangerous neighborhood with drug consumers and dealers everywhere. Not suitable for a family trip

Terrible!

Liked: Older bartender at the bar downstairs was very professional and kind.
Disliked: I booked suite. Reality and pictures did not mach at all. Yes, it was big room. But there were only one armchair and few old chairs around big table. Minibar had only 3 soft drinks inside. No balcony like on the picture was shown. Air conditioning did not work at all. Outside was 35 degrees. Had to open all windows but then mosquitoes attacked all night. But the worst where lady receptionist on my check out day. I was waiting documents from DHL. Received sms that courier can not find place. I called to DHL but they spoke only german. I waited all the queue in reception. There were 2 receptionists who were absolutely free. I asked for help. Just to call on DHL customer number(from my phone) and tell them my tracking number and hotel name where I am waiting for him. This all would take 3 minutes. One receptionist was eager to help but then the other refused and told us that this is not their job. So in this hotel customer service is not a job.

Central and easy to commute

Liked: Easy to find a 8 min walk from the central train station. On an elevated floor, the view from my room was nice. Very quiet

Nice touch

Liked: The room was a good size with a huge main bed and decent sofa bed. They left some nice gifts for the children and everything seemed sustainable.
Disliked: Not in the best location
