Comfortable, friendly, convenient and with...

Liked: We have stayed here before and really like everything about the hotel. It has a spacious and open dining area where we enjoy the breakfasts. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a perfect location handy to the shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The extra parking charges, the correct instructions of getting in the public parking, not mentioned at the voucher. Level of English of employees is really poor,and the annoying door knocking for housekeeping between 8 and 10 am every single morning and several times, is really stressful . The breakfast wasn’t included and really pricy to add it. We ended up having pretzels from the bakery.

perfect stopover in Freiburg

Liked: Right in the town center, but quiet and with a view of the cathedral. The staff were helpful and friendly and we even got a free upgrade
