Liked: Reception staff did well.
Disliked: The personnel kept entering the room without knocking at the door on several occasions.Had to ask on several occasions for the room towels etc to be changed.

Liked: We stayed only for one night with our two kids. The room was clean and for one night enough, however if we would need to stay for more nights then I think it was a bit too small. Children really enjoyed the swimming pool and we enjoyed the sauna. This was the main reason why we booked this hotel in the first place. The terrace was also an extra bonus and it was located on our level, which we really appreciate it. The buffet breakfast had everything our family needed and coffee was delicious. The only thing that I didn't like were the carpets on the corridors. It ruined the entire look of the hotel in my opinion. Very outdated and I think they need to be changed. Also we weren't informed at the time of booking that the only parking for guests is a paid car park. The staff was very friendly, so overall we are safisfied with our stay.

Liked: For the price, this stay was ok. The pool was a bonus. We didn't pay for breakfast, plenty of bakeries in the local area.
Disliked: Room was run down, walls were dirty and the pull out bed was super uncomfortable.
