Exceptional

Liked: Great location right in city center close to shops and restaurants as well as Dortmund HBF and several ubahn stations. Great sized room for solo traveler, full sized bed, good sized bathroom and very clean.
Disliked: Nothing it was a perfect fit for my needs

The hotel was very good...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t informed about any services. But there was a woman from who knows everything. A lot thanks to her. The entrance to the hotel was one step higher, and the baby carriage was difficult to lift.
