Mercure Hotel Den Haag Central

Superb

Liked: Great location right in the centre of the city and close to trams and 2 main train stations. Great to have windows which tilt open and room very spacious. Buffet breakfast had lots of options and even the machine could make oat milk coffees!
Disliked: Floor of my room was very dusty and kicked up piles when I walked. Breakfast staff were slow to replenish items or clean tables which meant at busy times the experience was a bit more difficult than desired. There are also some building works on one side of the building so bring ear plugs if you like to sleep past 7am! :)

Liked: location and room.It was quiet and easy to reach everywhere
Disliked: during check-out, staff wanted to charge extra tax which it was paid during check-in. After showing credit card transaction, it was settled

Liked: The location was perfect and close to restaurants and shops and tram/train stops. The room was enough for a lone traveler like me.
Disliked: There was no vanity kit or toiletries available right away and would need to be requested if needed. There were also no slippers to use whilst in the room.
