Liked: Lounge bar, next to natural history museum and supermarket.
Disliked: Stayed for one week and asked for an extra bed for the last night only for my child to join for one night. Was asked to book a larger room for the whole stay which I did. Was given a disability access room and told no other rooms available. There was a stain on one of the pillows and I asked to have the room cleaned, they just turned the pillow. Several stains found on carpet floor in the hallway. Forgot to put towels on the floor to get clean ones so when I asked reception gave me one set (room for 3 persons) and left the dirty ones in the room. When asked again, was given the additional sets to take up to my room myself and again, did not collect the dirty towels.

Liked: The location is very good.
Disliked: The house keeping will just come in. They do knock but just a single knock then they go in. And they end up seeing me naked.Also, I only have 1 pillow, that usually for a hotel they will give at least 2 or more. I felt uncomfortable sleeping.

Liked: was disappointed with the breakfast. it was a little overcooked and there didn't seem to be any gluten free options
Disliked: the bacon and the frittata- I felt that there wasn't much of quality for my money
