Liked: was disappointed with the breakfast. it was a little overcooked and there didn't seem to be any gluten free options
Disliked: the bacon and the frittata- I felt that there wasn't much of quality for my money

Basic hotel with good location

Liked: Convenient location next to trams and metro. The room was very clean and staff helpful when needed.
Disliked: The bed was quite worn-down so not ideal for sleeping. AC didn't help with room's humidity.

Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the receptionist spoke with Alina to us in a very unfriendly manner, which was not a good start. Then we were given keys to the wrong room, so I had to go back down to the reception. When I finally entered the room, it turned out that it wasn’t the one I had booked, and there was a terrible smell of chlorine. I had to go back to the reception again to get the correct room. After a long journey, this was really exhausting and frustrating.
