Extremely rude receptionist with argumentive...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Staff was extremely unprofessional that I can write a book about it. I paid for extended checkout and they kicked us out. Lady at the reception was so rude, she had an attitude, and she didn’t like that I was from America. Then she tried to lie that she didn’t say any of this. I have never experienced such bad service in any establishment in my life and I am a pilot so I sleep in hotels every week. After all of this they refuse to send me my bill online which I need for business purposes. This review comes with proof.
