Mercure Haydock Hotel

Amazing.

Liked: Friendly,Welcoming,staff and receptionist was fantastic,definitely will stay again and recommend to family and friends .
Disliked: Nothing all Fabulous.

Who would allocate these rooms...

Liked: The communal areas of the hotel were very nice and as i would expect from a hotel in this price bracket.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the first issue was that the first room we were given was unusable because a wedding marquee was erected within touching distance of our window and karaoke had just started. The small space between our window and said marquee was filled with screaming children. When we complained, we were given another room but the receptionist didn't appear happy about it. She asked us if we had used the room, to which i replied that I hoped she was not intending to use it for another unfortunate guest. The room we eventually ended up in was okay but did not reflect the price. The bathroom looked dirty and tired.If i visited this area again i would not stay here. Premier Inns are much cleaner.

Disliked: Windows bolted down ,bleak bath tub carpets dirty wasn't as good at it looks but they do allow dogs in at £15 per dog like I can't moan really like but I've definitely been to better ones for less
