Very good

Liked: The room was very comfortable, staff were very attentive and accomodating. Spa complex was good and food was great.
Disliked: There were certain problems with guests in nearby rooms, but management dealt with the issue as best they could and did everything they could to make up for such issues.

Excellent customer service. More transparency...

Liked: Great breakfast. Outstanding staff customer care in breakfast room.
Disliked: Not clear on website that the swimming pool has to be paid for in addition to cost of the hotel. As it was the gym/pool that made me chose this hotel over others in the area, this needs to be made really clear when it comes to booking.

Liked: The hotel lobby/bar area was nice
Disliked: Room covered in cob webs. Window hanging off. Bathroom tiles cracked.
