We booked this stay very...

Liked: Friendly atmosphere & staff were all very pleasant. Especially Sam on reception who was gave us an amazing welcome. We asked her a couple of things and she was so helpful, knowledgeable & caring.
Disliked: The pillows were really hard & the water from the hot tap in our room had a very poor flow & never got hot.
