Short 3 night stay, good...

Liked: Very nice location and pretty to look at
Disliked: Very old … windows were old and in need of repair , gaping gap in the window sill … carpets in bedroom were old but clean . Mattress was extremely hard and pillows were absolutely rubbish… woke to found an earwig under my pillow .. which was a little unnerving…

Superb hotel. Our family suite...

Liked: Wonderful family suite. Beyond our expectations when booking. Super location for access to this beautiful city. Helpful and welcoming staff and neighbouring restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend for an anyone visiting Vienna.
Disliked: Nothing, absolutely wonderful.

Gorgeous hotel

Liked: The women at the reception were really nice and helpful. When I came in my room, I was more than pleased -- it was exactly as I'd expected it, and more. The bathroom was beautiful! I instantly wanted to stay for more than only one night -- next time I'm in Vienna, I'm definitely coming back.
Disliked: The only minus is that there weren't enough wall sockets.

Liked: Older building with character, well maintained, good location.
Disliked: A couple minor things. Could use more lighting in desk area, water goes on floor from shower if not extra careful with glass panel.
