It did the job.

Liked: Friendly enough and a spacious room, pleased to get a nice place that is dog friendly at the last minute.
Disliked: Unfortunately we couldn’t arrive in time for dinner in the restaurant so were limited to the bar menu which was pretty basic fare.

Ok but largely overtaken by...

Liked: Calm out of town and secure parking
Disliked: Price different for each night and no walk in showers available . This is unacceptable to be expected to have a shower by standing in a bath .
