Disliked: Room was odd. Bed didn’t fit between the wall mounted reading lights so one was overhanging the bed about 12” above the mattress. Good job only one person sleeping in it. Bathroom was very dimly lit. Had to leave door open to see clearly

Liked: Great location great staff and a lovely breakfast 😋
Disliked: The Housekeeping came into our room and did not change our sheets we didn't realize till the second night but we didn't make a fuss...And they left only 1 large towel 2 small ones ...The shower corners needed a good scrub but overall it was clean ...loved the fact the room was set over 2 floors ...with a lounge room at the top perfect place to chill ...

Liked: The staff were fabulous and were very helpful. The room was perfect for us.
Disliked: The waiters/waitresses in the restaurant must smile more. We appreciate their hard work. They must be more welcoming. The bath/shower needs upgrading as it is quite difficult to climb into and slippery for a shower if you are over 50s and less agile.Some decor in the bathroom to the door would look better too.

Disliked: Being called "Guys" when being greeted for our evening meal which was completed different to the well mannered staff at breakfast. Mumbled "Food alright" is hardly what we expected in the restaurant for our evening meal.Whilst we knew it was a Brasserie the menu was no better than a Pub Change one.Gammon steak meal came with peas which virtually covered the plate, very wasteful.Windows filthy both bedroom and dining room.No fridge in the room which considering there is no air-conditioning was very poor. Complimentary cans of water were therefore warm.Plugs in both bathroom sink and bath were off their chains which was inconvenient.Not the experience we expected given the information on the website.
