Liked: Rooms were lovely, very clean, and well-appointed. Staff at the restaurant were very hospitable. The location to the festival was great!
Disliked: Despite polite but repeated requests for an early check-in, this was denied. I would accept this if I hadn't witnessed 2 other couples being offered their upgrades several hours after I had arrived. The reception manager appeared disinterested and preoccupied and then lacked follow-up until the shift change where another individual followed up at 5pm. I would recommend staying else where if you are a solo traveller. Appliances (Fridge/Exhaust Fan) were very loud.

Comfortable and Quiet

Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was good aside from the synthetic doona. Good value for money, and I liked the small kitchen-like area which had plates, cutlery and a microwave. Located only a few minutes from the freeway but nevertheless quiet.

Liked: We didn't eat at the restaurant or use any of the facilities however the room was very spacious and well appointed.
