Liked: we didnt get to stay here as when we arrived we were told it was closed and we had been moved to the ibis we had no email or anything to say this was happening

Liked: The George Hotel was unavailable- we were moved to another close by. The facilities and room was poor.
Disliked: Everything. Never again!

good hotel and stay
Liked: perfectly located in town centre with local facilities etc within a stones throw. unfortunately, due to communication issue, we were given a room which had not been cleaned prior, but once this was raised with management, they resolved and relocated us to different room ASAP.
Disliked: Some of guests didnt seem to consider others staying in hotel in regards to keeping noise down during the night, especially in courtyard leading up to hotel entrance which my hotel room hung over.
