Good basic hotel, no bad...

Liked: Everything ok, nothing special or fancy, but all good!

The hotel is great, however....

Liked: The hotel is clean, nice, has funky smells, and the food was very good. The location is also great. People seem to be nice.
Disliked: It's almost impossible to get ahold of people in reception. They are hardly ever there and they do not pick up the phone. If you're visiting Gdynia for example to get medical procedure done and you need to contact the reception with questions while you're in the room... well I'd pick a different hotel. This is quite unprofessional. I've never been in a hotel where there's no one available before. Also this is spanning multiple days so it's not like it's a "busy day" thing.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: The room was nice , there was too noisy with ongoing repair upstairs. The breakfast was good. Location is very good.
Disliked: loud noise through the day (drilling)

Disliked: Bathrobe only in some premium rooms. Impossible to have it for standard room.Staff was not the nicest
