Very good

Liked: - Pool and spa was great to keep the kids occupied. You can come and go to the pool as much as you like, which was great.- walking distance to beach and Sopot pier- breakfast and restaurant was good food- staff friendly enough
Disliked: - Thought it was a bit of a rip off that parking wasn't included in the price of our stay (and it's not cheap at 80zl per day)- Try and get breakdast included as its expensive if you pay on the day. At least they had a good selection.- The double beds are very small.

Liked: Liked the location and the staff was friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Way too many children, it was not advertised as a family hotel but basically most of the visitors had small children. While this was not an issue in most situations, they were quite noisy in the evenings and at breakfast. Most importantly, the spa area was unusable due to so many children being there constantly.

Liked: Great location, nice spacious garden. Very nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: Dated room really in need of refurbishment, shower curtain had yellowish stains, shower head was loose and the water temperature was changing during shower. The parking fee is expensive and overall cost is not adequate to the standard of this Hotel.

Liked: Close to the beach and friendly stuff. We asked for a late check out and we got it 2 hours later than it was ( 11,00 am).
Disliked: The cards to enter the room stop to work the day after so I had to run 3 times to the reception to get new once’s .Bathroom felt outdated but overall clean. Breakfast was decent but not great. I was ready to go to the gym at 6,00 in the morning but they opened at 8,00 which was a bit odd considering it’s a very small gym and you had the key to enter. The restaurant was ok, food tested ok but very poor presentation and quite pricey.

Liked: Very helpful staff, amazing food, breakfast had a lot of vegan options and a juicer!
Disliked: The pool was constantly busy with either families with kids or aqua classes, other wise really good
