Central location, worth the value...

Liked: The location is excellent and right in the heart of Florence, just a 3-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station.The staff is amazing. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay for all guests.The rooms are spacious and offer great value for money.Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was down for a day, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the way the staff handled the situation was commendable. They really do their best to take care of everything on the property.

Liked: The rooms are a bit small for a family. Did not like the neighborhood the hotel was in and the hotel lobby isn’t very welcoming. It felt a bit hostile entering the lobby however the staff were very friendly.

Liked: Room was a bit small for 3 people even though we booked the privilege room. The whole hotel didn’t seem to be very homey. It felt more like a business center. The staff at the reception were very welcoming.
