Disliked: Didn’t like having to make our own beds, thought covid was finished.Room could have been dusted more

Liked: Central location, very convenient for visiting the cathedral and other attractions of the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Hearty breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The room we were initially allocated, which was suffocatingly hot and where the air conditioning did not work. However, the reception staff moved us immediately and without quibble when we drew it to their attention.

Liked: Location was great and the staff were lovely
Disliked: No air con. Room was tired. Mould in the bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights. When the room was refreshed after a couple of days all we got was a new set of towels. Bed wasn't made, old glasses from the bar were left, no new water. Disappointing standard.

Liked: Good size, quiet room, very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff very cheerful and friendly. Plenty of car parking spaces. The location was excellent for a christening at the cathedral which was a very short walk from this hotel. Would recommend this hotel and we will stay again on our next visit to Exeter.
