Not worth the money, would...

Disliked: No Aircon, dirty towels on bedroom floor when I arrived. Their didn't seem to be enough staff, one person on bar, one reception, no housekeeping

Disliked: Room was meant to be premier, temperature in the room all night exceeded 29’C… we even had our our fan

Enjoyable , very helpful and...

Liked: Adequately sized room, clean , well appointed, quiet and comfortable. A buffet breakfast was available or a la carte as you wish , this was an extra charge. The location was ideal , right besides Exeter Central railway station, which is easily accessed by train from the main staion of Exeter St. David's , within easy walking distance of the centre of the city and all the attractions. This hotel I would recommend.

Liked: The lady on reception Tuesday night was just brilliant, she helped call an ambulance, she came upto room 221, to offer help.Also the gentleman sorted getting a packed breakfast, really appreciated that. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. The young man working the bar think his name is Carl, what a lovely guy he was. The only thing I would say was the young lady that checked us in was not very forthcoming. She could learn a bit more people's skills.
Disliked: Maybe a fridge in the room.
