Liked: Staff was excellent.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Everywhere there were dead insects and too much dirt . Nothing was fresh. It was just for a night to sleep so we adjusted. Swiming pool had cold water . Sauna was good. All showers at swimming area were broken. Overall it wasn't a great experience. Beds and sheets were not at all comfortable

Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel the gate was open and we parked in the hotel’s parking. The next day when we checked out and drive through out the parking , the gate was closed and asked to paying 14€ to drive out !!!!!! I find this unfair and very sneaky for the customers especially if nobody inform us about parking charges.

Liked: the people were friendly and the facilities were good (apart from the Sauna being out of order for the duration of the stay
Disliked: I accidentally left my AirPods and a pair of expensive jeans in my room. I’ve contacted the hotel twice with no response apart from an email to ask me to leave a review.
