A little bit disappointed.

Liked: Staff were first class, friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The fire door adjacent to our room was not adjusted to close quietly, we endured the continual "banging" of the door closing interrupting sleep.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and it was lovely having drinks in the fridge for our arrival.
Disliked: The bed in the main room was great. The put up bed was ok. The sofa bed for 2 guests was tiny and had springs popping out and squeaked at every movement. Also, no door between the rooms meant it was difficult for the younger child to try and go to sleep.The location wasn’t ideal because of the noise from the pubs, music and shouting and bottles getting smashed. Great distance from the shops. Not ideal for families.

Liked: Clean and tidy; great location; quiet and well-maintained hotel.
Disliked: Booked a twin room but was given a double. Not a huge inconvenience. Left something at the property and contacted them afterwards but got no reply.
