Disliked: Leisure club not included in prices and day pass should be valid for 24 hours to cover the next morning, Not for one day if staying overnight.

Disliked: Toilet flush was por and bottom of bathroom door was a little rough,and needs more coat hangers.bath needs updating.

Liked: Very disappointed to find we had to pay £10 each for use of the pool no spa pool as advertised only went once as very disappointed

Just basic really nothing exciting

Liked: beds were comfy, bar staff were great
Disliked: all the staff was moody and unapproachable, I understand that they might not like their jobs however they could be abit more friendly, the breakfast was cold and not a lot to choose from same again the waitresses were moody and not up for a morning conversation, room was dirty hairs all over the bath and shower, bed wasn't made properly either
