I was disappointed

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and location
Disliked: No hot water in bathroom, pools and spas were too cold too use, room was dirty, no sheets for third person in room

I’ll never stay anywhere else...

Liked: We stayed here twice in one week, before and after Kakadu. We loved every single aspect of our stay. We were checked in fast each time, despite roadworks blocking the outside carpark somewhat, the whole grounds were simply lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great food at the restaurant too. Plant milks easily accessible. Nice and quiet in the grounds. Beautiful pool area.
Disliked: I liked everything and wished we could stay longer.

A wonderful place to stay...

Liked: Convenient to airport, delightful large clean, room, quiet. They’d warned us about roadworks outside but it didn’t affect us at all as it stopped at night. The whole environment in the gated grounds was beautiful, the restaurant was terrific (we had dinner and breakfast there), the staff were all over and beyond in helpfulness and friendliness - honestly, I’ll be staying at Mercure all round the world in future after this experience.
Disliked: I loved everything. My only regret was that I’d missed out previously by staying at other places in Darwin- and that we couldn’t extend our stay longer this time due to other commitments.
