DISAPPOINTED, POOR, DISGUSTING

Liked: Not a lot to be honest. Had a bad experience from the beginning and it ruined my getaway. To be honest I could not wait to get home.
Disliked: My Room was absolutely disgusting, stains on the carpet, you could wright your name in the dust/dirt on the windowsill, the bathroom was full of limescale soapy scummy marks, no air conditioning and the bedding was all ripped. Absolutely vile!. Phone reception and explained they did move me to another room but still no air conditioning and the bathroom was in the same state. Then I was offered complimentary drink what we NEVER got???.. so in hole the experience was a very bad one. You DEFINITELY NEED TO EMPLOYEE BETTER CLEANERS.At breakfast everything was ether running out or empty and the coffee machines were broken so that was a bust too.
