Liked: Everything was to my expectation
Disliked: Amenities.

A few cons but would...

Liked: Staff were excellent. Room was nice. Everything was clean. Pool and facilities were very good. The bar was quirky, had a couple of games of pool
Disliked: In standard room, no biscuits or bottled water and the coffee was dreadful. The breakfast was mediocre. The evening meal menu was the same as the lunch menu and very limited.

Disliked: Cleanliness was far from up to strach Dirty towels Marks on the carpet Dirty bathroom Tea facilities dirty

Liked: The place is fantastic and the staff are amazing The reception staff are fantastic and helpful and the bar staff are brilliant (Adam)I would like to say Kate the manager is absolutely incredible with being helpful chatty smiling all the time

Great discovery when planning to...

Liked: pleased to stay somewhere better quality etc than the usual premier inn / travelodge.Made to feel spoilt.
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect

Liked: Perfect location for circuit and the staff were all really lovely.
Disliked: We experienced a constant alarm/bell ringing, couldn’t have windows open as the sound was constant and loud
