Comfortable stay in a beautiful...

Liked: Lovely room with a comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: Our only minor issue was that we were told on booking in, just to go for our included breakfast the next morning between 7 and 10. We hadn't connected that it was Mother's Day so it was fully booked, and raining outside so we couldn't use the outside area. The staff were very accommodating and managed to fit us in for breakfast between bookings. It was lucky that we had arrived very early. In hindsight, we should have made a booking the night when we arrived.

Liked: Lovely environment, friendly helpful staff mostly. Use to be a wonderful place to unwind and rest.
Disliked: Room was very noisy, next door kept me up literally the whole night because of the loud snoring. Changed rooms which the staff were very helpful with. Then not long after next door connected a boom box and were playing loud music. Went to reception again sadly no other rooms. The receptionist even said they’re going out to a wedding soon so they won’t come back until 12am.clearly more noise would follow as they would be happy and full. I couldn’t accept that so I left 2 nights early. Won’t be back.

A complete waste of money...

Liked: Unfortunately, there was nothing about the property that I enjoyed.
Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel expecting to rest and enjoy a peaceful environment, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.From the moment we arrived, the service was poor. I specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised spa services, but the receptionist didn’t even know whether the spa was available. She made no effort to find out, and we had to check multiple times ourselves, only to find it closed during our entire stay.The bed was extremely uncomfortable and unstable — every small movement was exaggerated, making it nearly impossible to sleep properly and causing back pain. The worst part was the noise. From 1 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., the guests in the neighboring room played loud music, laughed, and talked loudly. I called reception several times but got no answer. When someone finally picked up, they were rude, didn’t greet me, and immediately said: “There’s no service at this hour.” When I explained the situation, they just said: “I’ll find someone to help you with that,” and hung up on me. The noise eventually stopped, but by then, I had already been awake all night.Dinner was also disappointing — a very limited menu, tiny portions, and incredibly high prices for the poor quality. On top of that, the hallways were noticeably dirty, giving the hotel an overall neglected feel.In short, it was a complete waste of time and money. We basically only went there to rest, and we couldn’t even do that. I will never return, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
