Not great tbh
Liked: The bar staff were sweet.
Disliked: My room was cold. I asked the receptionist to turn on but nothing was for. I had to sleep with two duvets. The water was lukewarm. The room was nosies - other guests woke me up from 4am. The food was average - the chips were over cooked.

Needs a re-furb
Liked: Good location, nice lounge , staff were all lovely! Nice atmosphere,
Disliked: Bad WiFi & phone signal, Tv stations with minimal signal, very annoying!Every day the pool shared with loads of children/babies so steam room was not relaxing at all as advertised ,plus broken seats in there! Lots of stains on walls and carpets , foyer toilets not cleaned Had to search for staff when bar, food or reception was needed very under staffed!

Bad
Disliked: Because of coronavirus we coudn`t come (ban of travelling), so we asked property for possibilities - without any answer. Next time we choose place where they value customers so much that they at least answer your message.
