Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Liked: Staff very friendly & quick to help in any way they can.
Disliked: Felt the deluxe queen room was very small.But the bathroom was definitely delux- not so the room size.

Nicely presented for an older...

Liked: Comfortable bed, great room temperature control and very reasonable bath amenities.
Disliked: Tea /sugar/milk that are included in accommodation had to be asked for and minimal given.Stair use hard to carry luggage especially with a medical injury.
