Other than the issues with...

Liked: Breakfast was really good and the lobby area was nice with plenty of seating. Staff were pleasant and responsive.
Disliked: We did not get the interconnecting room and the room opposite had a broken window. We were moved 3 times before we got our final room two floors up from the other room late at night with children being forced to sleep later than normal.

Won’t stay here again

Liked: Proximity to motorway
Disliked: Receptionist was the most unfriendly person I have come across. Mould on the shower ceiling. Very stingy with beverages- one teabag or one coffee each. Poor lighting in bedroom and the side light didn’t work.

Lovely place but needs more...

Liked: Lovely Room with exceptional food in the restaurant. Room was very clean
Disliked: Our TV was not working in our room. The hotel was not very well staffed as it took forever to find someone to report our faulty TV to. Eventually found a staff member who said someone would come to our room with 10mins to look at the problem. No one came and we were without a TV all night!
