Stayed for one night and enjoyed the stay very much. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and my husband and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Price hike due to concert

Disliked: Poor customer service, room was not ready claimed due to air con but believe several rooms had not been cleaned. Lumpy pillows and old bath towels

Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t working so we had 3 fans which was totally unsuitable . We hardly slept . Reception noted our room number and name

Disliked: Air conditioning was not working our room was 45 degrees hot staff where not helpful aparantly this has been going on for days we was not informed and we had to change hotels as we could not sleep in that heat I expect a full refund girl on reception was rude!! Lots of people where complaining and moving hotels

check if the A/C is...

Liked: The hotel was ok, not far to walk. The room was a good size for what was required. I requested the double bed to be divided and an extra fan for room and this was carried out successfully.
Disliked: Upon arrival the room was not ready, it was ready 1hr 45mins after the agreed check in time of 1500. There was a big problem with the A/C in the rooms, obviously this was a huge disappointment as the windows do not open and the temperature was extremely warm. The failed system must have been connected to the bathroom because the extractor wasn't working either. Although it was 2340, the bar was closed this seems early to me, especially being the weekend and with A/C not working in the rooms they could of extended the hours. We checked out early in the morning due to temperature in the room, not a word of apology at reception. I was pleased to leave.
