Comfortable and Welcoming

Liked: Was clean and comfortable and staff friendly
Disliked: No parking and you had to pay an extra $15 per night for parking and the carpet was wearing away leaving holes in the carpet

Nice beds, nice food, big...

Liked: the food and room were nice and when we had a noise problem the staff offered to move us the next day, which was better than nothing. they were very pleasant.
Disliked: Deep humm noise in 701. sounded like the laundry air duct fan has a failure of the rubber acoustic dampening mounts. I suggest you replace the mounts if you dont want complaints in the few rooms nearest to laundry.

Liked: The property is beautiful and charming
Disliked: The room was very cold when I got in and the air con took quite a while to take the chill out of the air. It was a bit noisy too. Very small complaint
