Disliked: There wasn’t enough lighting in the room and the beds rolled away as they were on wheels. When I made the booking I specifically asked for a two bed room. Got there they gave us a a one bed room. So had the change that and the reception did say it was her mistake

Liked: The pool was nice. The room was clean and we enjoyed having the hot tub. We did have a couple of bugs in the room but it wasn’t a lot. The bed was comfortable.

We loved Cairns, but not...

Liked: The breakfast menu on theit website is not current, and has not been offered for months. The buffet that is on offer was very disappointing (stale bread, soggy fruit, very few options).Rooms were not cleaned at all despite several requests, mini bar had half eaten chocolates and pillows were very, very uncomfortable.
Disliked: Poor breakfast options which were not fresh, poor bedding, no cleaning provided despite several requests
