Liked: Location and building were beautiful
Disliked: Beds uncomfortable couldn't sleep balls of hair on carpet 1 towel for double room wedding reception was on til late and very loud....

Liked: lovely surroundings, though a bit of a labyrinth to get to rooms, menu wasn't much more than a pub menu, but adequate
Disliked: Was hoping for a pleasant view from the window, sadly it was of a flat roof, and surrounding walls, no options in booking to express the view from the window, small but it was a birthday weekend for me !

Disappointed

Liked: Good location, just off M4. Looked like a nice place, big green space outside. Polite staff. Good room size.
Disliked: Not an easy room to access, up a narrow staircase. Waking up to find woodlouse in our room.

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable...

Liked: Location is excellent for us. Room was very comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Staff friendly and helpful as we had to check out early due to persoanl issue.
Disliked: Directions to the room could have been slightly better. I left an item of clothing tried to contact via text link but did not receive a response.

Very good

Liked: The staff were wonderful and the grounds were perfect for our dog.
Disliked: The food was very disappointing - worst sandwich I've ever had. Dry bread which was clearly not homemade or contained cheese, no chilli jam and very unimpressive ham all of which had been promised.The room, although clean and allowing us access to the garden which was great for the dog, was very tired. The bathroom in particular a huge let down.

Disliked: evening menu was poor
