Cannot fault the hotel or the room but disappointed with the check in. Would recommend to anybody looking for a hotel in Bristol.
Liked: Excellent staff.
Disliked: Was informed our rooms were not ready but if we paid 10.00 they would be.

Disappointing - we won?t be...
Liked: The hotel is special to us as we have stayed routinely for special occasions over the last twelve years and this was another anniversary
Disliked: The hotel?s standards have slipped We were on a floor where the furnishings are worn, there were dirty trays all the way up the corridor when we arrived, our toilet flush didn?t work properly, our bathroom had mould in it and our room was not cleaned... even though a cleaner had been in as they put one toilet roll in and took one of two dirty mugs leaving the other one behind, with a paper coaster thrown into it.

Easy to find great location...
Liked: Great staff friendly and efficient even during the current VIRUS human malware problem. Dinner and breakfast delivered to the room as the restaurant was closed.
Disliked: The whole of Bristol was shut would have been nice if the pubs were open but hey that a coronavirus thing better lonely than dead!

Liked: Excellent reception staff member (Frederika). Very professional, welcoming and hospitable. You need to retain her if possible at this difficult time.
