Cannot fault the hotel or the room but disappointed with the check in. Would recommend to anybody looking for a hotel in Bristol.

Liked: Excellent staff.
Disliked: Was informed our rooms were not ready but if we paid 10.00 they would be.

Great modern hotel

Liked: Lovely modern hotel. I was surprised at how lovely the lobby and bar area are as the outside of the building doesn?t reflect this. Also the room was lovely and modern.

Lovely stay in a good...

Liked: Clean, nice looking rooms with good facilities.Parking facilities were good (although it was a quiet period anyway)Breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: The only downside were the covid restrictions, but that was not a fault of the hotel, and actually it didn't affect our stay experience much at all
