First room we had didn't have a bath so decided to change rooms. Asked the gentleman on reception (James Gill) who arranged it straight away for us! This guy couldn't have been more helpful to us! Excellent service from him, thank you for a fantastic stay!

Cannot fault the hotel or the room but disappointed with the check in. Would recommend to anybody looking for a hotel in Bristol.

Disliked: Was informed our rooms were not ready but if we paid 10.00 they would be.

Great weekend in a great position with this hotel and was good value with a family room for 3 persons
Liked: Location is perfect for the docks access where all the evening life goes on.
Disliked: could not ol the window but no solution there it is by design in the building
